ExtraBoost.ai is a training & transformation studio with three programs:

• AI Literacy (-1 → 0) — video course for beginners and non-technical specialists. From "AI is something scary" to "I save 2-3 hours daily." Prompting, IDE, practical cases.
• Dev Velocity (0 → 0.8) — live workshop for developers. Build: CLI agents, CLAUDE.md, Skills, Hooks, MCP, subagents. Scale: E2E pipeline, parallel agents, Agent Teams, orchestration, production patterns. 16 hours live, 4 weeks.
• Enterprise (0 → 1.0) — full transformation for companies. Audit → process design (Agile + Agentic Dev) → team training → task tracker & CI/CD integration → mentoring to target metrics. 3-6 months, from 5 developers.

Key Technical Decisions

• Proprietary scale -1 → 1 — not abstract levels, but measurable positions with clear criteria at each point. Quiz determines current position, program moves to target.
• Role-based transformation — we don't teach tools, we change roles: Coder → AI Operator → Agent Engineer → AI Architect → Product Architect.
• Gradient format — AI Literacy: 100% video. Build: 60-70% video + 30-40% live. Scale: 40% video + 60% live. Higher level = more live interaction.
• Landing built with real design research — extracted computed CSS from Linear, Raycast, Resend, Vercel, Stripe via Playwright. Monochromatic palette, Linear-inspired typography, Canvas 2D starfield with parallax.

The Approach

This is not an online school. This is McKinsey-level approach to AI training:

1. Assessment — determine each team member's position on the scale
2. Pilot — training on client's real code, first measurable results
3. Scaling — building AI development processes, extended team training
4. Autonomy — team works independently, we provide support and updates

• First cohort sold before public launch

Lessons Learned

Two lessons from ExtraBoost.

First: the AI training market is oversaturated with courses but completely empty in the niche of "systematic AI transformation of development teams." Everyone sells video content or abstract consulting. Nobody offers the full cycle. That gap is where ExtraBoost lives.

Second: ExtraBoost is itself the proof of concept. The entire product — landing page design, UX research across 22 competitors, competitor CSS extraction via Playwright, code architecture, starfield animation, pricing strategy, content writing — was built entirely with AI agents. No designers, no separate frontend team. One person orchestrating AI agents. This is exactly what we teach in Dev Velocity, and ExtraBoost is the living demonstration.
